Cathy Pix2 Adj&CropI am an executive leader with a passion for enhancing business performance. I bring over fifteen years of expertise in human resources and specialization in corporate communications, client services, and operations management. I also have in-depth knowledge of corporate social responsibility, strategic planning, and project management. Given my multidimensional experience, I offer an opportunity mindset and creative approach to problem solving.

I have an MBA in Human Resources and a BS in Business Administration and Management. I was inducted twice into the prestigious international honor society in business, Delta Mu Delta, for my graduate and undergraduate academic excellence

I hold the elite designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute. I am a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, HR People & Strategy, New Jersey Human Resources Planning Group, and SHRM of Central New Jersey.

As a vice president, I helped a multi-million dollar company achieve profitable growth, win prestigious awards, and obtain unprecedented results. In my multifaceted executive role, I serviced national account clients including  ADP, Altria, Boy Scouts of America, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Brookfield Global Relocation Services, Capital One, Cartus, Ceridian, FMC Technologies, Hertz, Honeywell, Iron Mountain, Johnson & Johnson, Jones Day, Kimberly-Clark, Koch Industries, KPMG, Merck, Mitre, Nationwide Insurance, Prudential Relocation, Qualcomm, Sports Authority, U.S. General Services Administration, and Xerox.

In addition, I launched a corporate social responsibility initiative to fight hunger across America and made hunger relief business as usual. The program was featured in a community give-back segment on ABC 7 – Eyewitness News. More than 20,000 pounds of food was collected and donated to those in need within a two year period.

I also am a member of Skål International and serve on the Board of Directors and am the Director of Public Relations for the Northern New Jersey chapter. I have been featured in global and local media and have written articles for leading periodicals including Global Travel Industry News / eTurboNews (eTN), e-Skal News, Courier News, Home News Tribune, and mycentraljersey.com. I have written travel blogs that have been read all over the world.

I reside in Central New Jersey with my husband Steve and our cat Skye. I love traveling, reading, writing, attempting to play golf, and making a difference.
