Cathy Trementozzi is a certified human resources and career management professional, and consultant.

She is the owner of 5D Group LLC.

In collaboration with executive teams, Cathy defines and executes the overall HR strategy to drive a culture of high employee engagement in alignment with the business strategy.  As a Career Management professional, Cathy assists people navigate the world of work and career transition

Cathy has an MBA in Human Resources and a BS in Business Administration and Management. She was inducted twice into the prestigious international honor society in business, Delta Mu Delta, for her graduate and undergraduate academic excellence.  She holds the elite designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Cathy’s experience spans several industries including financial services, engineering, retail, wholesale, distribution, logistics, and transportation, As a vice president she held a hybrid role consisting of human resources, client services, and risk management.  She helped a multi-million dollar company achieve profitable growth, win prestigious awards, and obtain unprecedented results. She serviced national account clients including  ADP, Altria, Boy Scouts of America, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Brookfield Global Relocation Services, Capital One, Cartus, Ceridian, FMC Technologies, Hertz, Honeywell, Iron Mountain, Johnson & Johnson, Jones Day, Kimberly-Clark, Koch Industries, KPMG, Merck, Mitre, Nationwide Insurance, Prudential Relocation, Qualcomm, Sports Authority, U.S. General Services Administration, and Xerox.

Cathy was on the faculty of Fairleigh Dickinson University’s International School of Hospitality, Sports and Tourism Management.  As an adjunct professor she taught courses in professional skills development, management and leadership, and employment law.

Cathy is a Reiki Master and ardent practitioner in energy healing and related modalities.

Cathy is a member of Skål International and is an officer on the board of directors of a local chapter.  She volunteers for Lost Paws Animal Rescue by fostering pets and assisting the leadership team with due diligence for adoptions.

Cathy resides in Central New Jersey with her husband Steve and their cats.  She loves traveling, reading, writing, attempting to play golf, and making a difference.
